酒店位置非常好，可以步行到幾乎所有景點，出酒店右左前方就是居里夫人的博物館，而出門左拐則有居里夫人的雕像和噴水池廣場，晚上沒事可以在噴泉邊坐坐吃個冰激凌。前台服務周到，幫忙叫出租車去機場等。大堂吧溫馨舒適，房間寬敞整潔，淋浴水壓很好，房間雖然有一點舊了，但維護的還是不錯的，我之所以沒有打滿分，是因為在到的那天發現房間咖啡杯是臟的，從房間整體衞生的要求來看，明顯是搞衞生服務員太匆忙而忘記更換了，因為第二天他們主動發現並更換了乾淨的杯子。總之是個性價比非常好的酒店，如果在衞生檢查方面再更加要求嚴格規範，它完全可以值得更加貴的價格，推薦！

位置太好了，離大部分景點都特別近，瑪麗居里博物館，皇宮城堡，小美人魚特別近。肖邦博物館和科學文化宮，華沙動物園我也是走路過去的。周圍超市餐館禮品店很多。非常安靜特別乾淨。推薦推薦。

地理位置在老城區，到很多景點都是步行距離，很溫馨優雅的酒店，很多細節處理的不錯。第一晚十一點半到達check的時候，沒人，等了很久，其他時間服務基本都很準時。早餐豐盛。

The hotel is located in the heart of Oldtown and is nice. The rooms are very spacious, clean and the staff is very professional. The only thing is the rooms are big but awkwardly shaped- you have to go to the couch to see the TV and the overall layout of the room is not a conventional hotel. Other than that, the hotel has an old boutique charm.

One of the worst hotel I have ever been. If there is a negative mark I can give, I will have no hesitation to give it. I have real difficulty in understanding why would it be a five star hotel. Be that as it may, the hotel was not able to deliver the room that is the same as the pictures shown. None of the pictures as shown is the same as the room that I was given. The Hotel was trying to explain that they are of the same type, but in fact, the room was small and with only one window beside the bed, far from being of the same type. The reason given was wholly unconvincing. It goes without saying that whenever you offer good or services, you’ll give out what you have shown to the potential purchaser. Worse still, hours were spent on sorting out this issue with the Hotel, but was completely in vain. It was a complete waste of time. Also, there is some issue with the manner of its staff. I’m not sure if it is because we are Asians, whenever the staff talked to us, they were in such a poker face. I say so because I observed that whenever the staff talked to the western people, they were far more energetic and passionate. Such a contrast existed before I even spoke to the staff so I can eliminate the possibility that it was our interaction that caused the problem. In addition, I stayed for more than one night and I sorted the things in the room to clean up the space for work. However, the next day when I came back to the room, the staff put back everything to the original position, so that I have to do exactly the same thing again, wasting my time in such housekeeping matter. In short, I will never go to this hotel again. I would unreservedly recommend all my friends and relatives not to go to this hotel as well. There are way better options in the city with cheaper prices.
